Hello, I'm Christian Richard, I am 23 years old, and I am a personal trainer passionate about cycling, originally from New Brunswick, Canada. In 2025, I will embark on the adventure of a lifetime: a solo cycling journey from my hometown in New Brunswick all the way to Alaska and back. This adventure will be my way of promoting health, fitness, and the spirit of exploration.

The goal of this journey is to inspire others to take on challenges that push their limits, appreciate the outdoors, and prioritize their health and well-being. Throughout this journey, I aim to raise awareness about the importance of staying active, taking on physical challenges, and living a life full of adventure. I hope my journey will encourage others to get outside, stay active, and pursue their dreams, no matter how difficult they may seem
